1. Terms of Service
By using byrk.io (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it. We may update these terms from time to time — material changes will be announced on this page and via email if you have an account.
byrk.io is operated by byrk Labs, an independent studio. The Service generates ad creatives, brand-DNA artifacts, and campaign briefs from a public URL you provide.
2. Beta features
Some features — including the landing page generator and auto-deploy — are currently in active development. They work, but interfaces and behavior may change. Where a feature is in beta we’ll do our best to flag it in-product, and we won’t bill for outputs from broken builds.
Output of the core ads pipeline (Brand DNA → 4 angles × 3 platforms + Meta-ready brief) is considered stable.
3. Your content & the outputs we generate
Your URL. When you paste a URL, we fetch the page, take a screenshot, and parse it once per run. We don’t crawl beyond the homepage and we don’t republish your scraped content anywhere.
Your outputs. The Brand DNA JSON, ad creatives (PNGs), and campaign brief generated for you are yours. You get a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them for any lawful commercial purpose, including paid media.
Our license to your inputs. You grant us a limited license to your URL and any prompts you provide solely so we can run the Service for you. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train models — ours or anyone else’s.
AI-generated images. Every image we ship carries C2PA provenance metadata identifying it as AI-generated. You’re responsible for any disclosure required by your jurisdiction or ad platform.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use byrk.io to generate creatives that are:
- illegal, infringing, defamatory, or misleading;
- impersonating a real person without authorization;
- targeting minors with regulated products;
- used to evade ad-platform policies;
- scraped from URLs you don’t own or have permission to use.
We may suspend accounts that repeatedly trip platform-safety rails and we reserve the right to refuse generation for any input.
5. Payment & refunds
Pricing is per seat per month. Plans renew automatically on the calendar date you signed up. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
If a generation fails for technical reasons on our side, we’ll re-run it for free. We don’t refund credits for outputs you simply don’t like — refine in chat or regenerate.
Stripe processes payments. We don’t store your card details.
6. Service warranty & liability
byrk.io is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it fast, accurate, and on-brand, but we don’t warrant that outputs will be error-free, suitable for a specific campaign, or compliant with every ad platform’s policies — that’s still on you to review before spending money.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, byrk Labs’ total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Privacy
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, workspace name, billing address (via Stripe).
- Run inputs: the URLs you paste, prompts you send, and chat messages.
- Run outputs: Brand DNA JSON, generated PNGs, briefs.
- Usage analytics: page views, feature events. Aggregated, no third-party ad pixels.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data.
- We don’t train models on your inputs or outputs.
- We don’t share your data with ad networks or data brokers.
Where it lives
Account data: a managed Postgres instance in the EU. Generated assets: private Cloudflare R2. Anonymous (logged-out) runs expire after 7 days. Logged-in runs persist until you delete them.
Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)
You can export, correct, or delete any of your data at any time from Settings → Data, or by emailing privacy@byrk.io. Deletion is fully executed within 30 days, including from backups.

We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no third-party advertising pixels.
